Lita Kapuscinski is the Market Chief Strategy Officer for Carondelet Health Network in Tucson, Arizona. Before joining Carondelet, she served as the Regional Assistant Vice President of Business Development for AdventHealth, Central Florida Division. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Lita began her career in clinic management with the U.S. military and then transitioned to rehabilitation and physical therapy. She holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, a Masters of Business Administration and Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Sports Medicine/Athletic Training from University of South Florida.
