Family Services

Carondelet Social Services can help you and your family members deal with financial, social and emotional problems often brought on by illness. In many cases, community resources are coordinated to provide in-home care, financial aid, long-term care, medical equipment and more. Explanations of Medicare and AHCCCS benefits, Living Wills and Health Care Power of Attorney are also available. There is no charge for this service.
