Compassion, Comfort and Care
Carondelet Hospice and Palliative Care serves adults, children and infants with
a limited life expectancy whose care goals are focused on
comfort.
In partnership with patients and their families, our mission
is to provide comfort, support and care to meet the
physical, spiritual and psychological needs of people living
with a life-limiting illness; contribute to the health and
well-being of family members and survivors; and to help the
communities we serve better understand end-of-life issues.
We serve patients and their families in the greater Tucson
area, Green Valley, and Santa Cruz County with teams of
physicians, registered nurses, social workers, chaplains,
counselors, home health aides and volunteers.
